If you don't have an account with Confluent Cloud, send an email to `cloud-support@confluent.io` for assistance. In the portal, you can either submit a request via Azure help and support or submit a request directly from your instance of Apache Kafka & Apache Flink on Confluent Cloud on Azure. To submit a request by using Azure help and support: 1. In the left pane of the portal, select **Help + support**. 1. Select **Create a support request**. 1. In **Describe your issue**, briefly describe the problem. Select **Go**. 1. In the list of services, select **Confluent on Azure**. Select **Next**. 1.
